Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work:

• Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unused and in their original condition.
• Customized items — anything made with a custom name or text you provided — can't be returned or refunded, since they're made specifically for you.
• To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with your order number.
• Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll arrange your refund or exchange.
